After her own difficult divorce in 1994, Keila became an attorney-mediator so she could help others navigate through their divorce challenges. After many years of working with thousands of struggling divorce mediation clients she founded Alpha Resource Center (ARC) in 2006.
Her mission at ARC is to educate and support couples in sustaining healthy marriages; to empower divorcing individuals to make wise decisions and to ensure that children are fully protected as their parents transition through their intimate relationships.
Keila is deeply grateful to the many clients who have placed their trust in her over the past 25 years and to Amy for bringing her boundless energy into making ARC’s important mission a meaningful success.
